Payments
All of our prices include local taxes.
In order to book a villa for a certain period a 30% deposit is required, in order to secure your booking. For bookings made 30 days before your arrival a 30% deposit is required of your total cost and for bookings made less than 30 days before your arrival the whole amount of your total cost is required (100%). You can pay by your credit card visa or mastercard with no extra charge on our secure online server. Once a payment has been authorized through our rental online system, a receipt with a reference number will be e-mailed to your indicated e-mail address. Should you choose to pay by bank transfer, please notify us by e-mail, in order to send you our bank account details.

Cancelling a booking
Once a booking has been canceled by your side, it complies to the following cancelation fees:

20-10 days before arrival 75% of balance
10-1 days before arrival 100% of balance
Non show 100% of balance

Modifying a booking
You can log into the reseliva online system by entering your e-mail address and your password to change the details of your reservation at any time you wish

Air travel arrangements
Cusromer is responsible for making all travel arrangements such as flight tickets, car hire, taxi transfer. On request we can help you by recommending a car hire company or a taxi driver.

Accommodation
The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the clients and is not to be sub-let under any circumstances. All breakages and losses must be paid for prior to departure, which normally ends at noon on the last day of rental. In case of late departure, we can extend your stay in the villa only in case that not new clients are expected

Liability
Our villa company is not responsible for loss or damage to clients because of circumstances beyond its control, such as failures of public supplies or transportation, acts by governments, civil disturbances, acts of God etc. In the unlikely event of any observations or complaints, do please discuss these directly with us, at the time, during your stay.
