Sleeps 16 guests in 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The two lower floor
bedrooms share a bathroom. the estate can sleep a max of 6 extra guests
in extra added beds and living room sofas. There is an extra charge for
each guest above 16.
Each villa of the two interconnecting has a separate open plan kitchen,
living and dining area. Each villa has one master bedroom with an
en-suite bathroom, guest bedroom (with a double bed which can convert
to twin beds) all en-suite and large sofas.
The 2 swimming pools, each of 50 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump,
making the water about 24 – 26°C depending on weather conditions. Pool
heating is extra charge advance notice is required for this facility. A
pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool
heating effect.
There are also shaded outdoor dining areas to have your
meals with your family and friends. The beach is just steps from the
villa to enjoy your swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean sea.
