The garden level area has a fully equipped kitchen with a lounge
area with comfortable sofas and a 55” 4K smart TV. A pool billiard is
available for entertainment as well a massage area. A double bedroom en
suite and a hammam style marble bathroom is also located on this level.

pool level has a second fully equipped kitchen as well a second lounge
with a TV and a dining area. A double bedroom and a bathroom is also
available on this level.
The first floor has a double bedroom, a children’s triple bedroom with a sliding third bed and a bathroom.
All of the bedrooms have sea views apart from the children one which has direct access to the external playground.

property, either protected from the sun and winds or meant for
