Ocean Pearl Villa is a new, classic style villa, built in 2015. This luxurious residence is located on a privileged spot, on a hillside just outside the beautiful town of Elounda with panoramic views of the bay.

It can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms and offers a range of facilities, appliances and stylish interior areas to ensure a comfortable stay. Ocean Pearl Villa has a 200sqm outdoor area, with a well-kept lawn garden, huge swimming pool, portable BBQ that guarantee a unique holiday for its guests.

Ocean Pearl Villa Bellelen has a 240sqm interior area and is built on two levels. The ground floor consists of an open plan area with large openings that allow the sun in the house, overlooking the pool and garden and offer stunning views to the Elounda Bay, and Spinalonga Island. The living room has a sitting area with comfortable sofas and a smart TV. Right next is the dining area, a beautiful kitchen equipped with a range of appliances where you can prepare breakfast or dinner. On this level there are also a WC.

On the pool level there are four master bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds with en suite bathrooms with a shower and large openings with access to the pool. The third bedroom has a double bed as well a bathroom en suite with a shower. The fourth bedroom with 2 single beds has access to the pool and en suite bathroom with a shower. On the upper level there are 2 sofa beds.

The villa is built on a 2.500sqm plot on a hillside and offers beautiful views of the Elounda Bay. Outside the bedrooms level area is a huge terrace with a 75sqm pool, modern comfy sun loungers, a dining area and a BBQ.

The house is surrounded by gardens with trees and flowers while the 1st floor has a really terrace that overlooks the pool.
