Serenity Estate has an interior area of 120 sqm and it is built on two level. The ground floor consists of open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with comfortable sofas. The first bedroom is also on the ground floor with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor there is a second bedroom with a bathroom with shower. Patio door leads to a beautiful terrace surrounded by flowers. Sunbeds are available by the terrace to enjoy a relaxing time.
The residence is built on a plot of 1000 sqm. Outside the house there is a well-kept garden with lots of beautiful flowers and olive trees. A sofa sitting area is next to the entrance and a big dining table is available so guests can eat outside while having a BBQ by using the facilities of it.
