VIP Villa is a 5 star modern villa overlooking the bay of Akrotiri near the picturesque town of Chania. Designed by a sea lover, 4 of the 5 master bedrooms and both living rooms offer breathtaking and panoramic views over the turquoise bay.
This luxurious villa which accommodates up to 10 guests has been designed with three things in mind: luxury, privacy and enjoying the unique location... as it is one of the very few villas of the area to be in the first row of the sea. There are 5 private bedrooms, with following particularities.
-1 sea front master bedroom located on the pool level with en-suite shower and toilet
-1 seafront bedroom with double bed, an en-suite designer`s bathtub, shower and toilet
- seafront bedroom with 2 single beds, ensuite shower and toilet
-1 bedroom with double bed, view on the white mountains, ensuite jet-shower and toilet
-1 seafront bedroom with 2 single beds, just next to the standalone bathroom.
The standalone bathroom has toilet, shower and bath.
The main entrance of the house leads to the upper floor. There are three master bedrooms on that level. There is also a small living room with one quality sofa bed. An extra bathroom with a bathtub and a shower is also on this floor.
All bedrooms have access to balconies with steps leading down to the pool area.
On the lower floor/pool lever is a minimalistic and modernly decorated living area, an open plan fully fitted kitchen and a dining area all with amazing sea views. One more bedroom en suite with a walk-in shower is also here. Finally, there is guest toilet and a store room with a washing machine. From this level you have access to the swimming pool and terraces.
The outdoor area of this exclusive villa will amaze you! You can have a cold drink on one of the terraces enjoying the breathtaking views, dive into the warm water of the infinity pool or simply relax on the so called "dream area" halfway down to the sea.
If you prefer the fresh sea to the cozy pool, you can follow the rocky pathway to the sea and enjoy a salty swim in complete privacy.
Dine on the terrace and enjoy a glass of tasteful local wine, the "music" of the waves and the romantic sunset... apart of course from the valued company of your family or friends.
