A dining room and a modern kitchen are in the centre of the ground floor and lead straight out to the pool terrace making ‘dining in’ an memorable experience.
On this level you`ll find two luxurious bedrooms -one on the right side and one on the left side of the house. Each one has a double bed, a Jacuzzi tub "sitting" in the bedroom and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms have big windows offering breathtaking views of the sea, a flat screen TV & DVD that can be angled for viewing from the Jacuzzi or the bed.
The living room is on the upper floor and has a 42 inch TV with satellite channels, DVD and home theatre. The living room leads directly out to the first floor terrace which has the most stunning views of the beautiful surroundings.
The two double bedrooms on this floor offer the same as the ground floor (Jacuzzi tub, separate toilet etc) but with an extra touch of luxury. The ceilings have large windows over the bed so you can watch the stars before you sleep. To avoid being woken by the early morning sun a shutter operated by remote control is in place.
As you drive up the villa you`ll get to the parking space. From here stone steps take you up to the entrance of the house and access to the infinity pool (13m x 4m) that spans the front of the house.
