Geroulios Kastro Villa is a complex of two villas, one next to the other, owned and managed by the same host. The villas are connected by an outdoor bridge. Geroulios Kastro Villa I can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in the existing beds and 5 more in sofa beds. Geroulios Kastro Villa II can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and gentle hills, the area offers a serene rural atmosphere while being only a short drive from the sandy beaches of Georgioupolis, Kalyves, and Almyrida. The villa sits just 30 minutes from Chania city and 40 minutes from Chania International Airport , making it an ideal base for exploring both the north and south coasts of Crete. The ground floor features a living area with a sofa, a 55’ Smart Satellite TV, and a fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for six guests create the perfect setting for family gatherings. This level also includes two bedrooms, both with double beds, as well as a shared bathroom with a shower. The first floor hosts two more bedrooms, both with king-size beds, sofa beds, and private ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. The second floor includes two more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, A/C, and a 32’ TV. Both rooms also feature comfortable sofa beds, providing flexibility for larger groups while ensuring privacy and comfort

The second floor hosts another bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony overlooking the sea, while the lower floor is like an
apartment, including a fully equipped kitchen, a third bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
Outdoors, Geroulios Kastro Villa I embodies the essence of luxury living in Chania. The private heated swimming pool (40 sqm, 1.50 m depth) is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The highlight of the outdoor area is the fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for up to 20 guests. A pergola-shaded dining area and a barbecue corner featuring both charcoal and gas grills, along with a traditional wood stove, create the perfect atmosphere for al fresco meals and gatherings with family or friends. In Kastro Villa II guests can enjoy the private pool, sun loungers, a barbecue area with electric and charcoal grills, and a pergola-shaded dining area for eight. A small waterfall adds a relaxing touch.
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till
the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C,
depending on weather conditions. We request three days` advance notice for this facility.
Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an
additional cost. We also request three days` advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall
be paid in cash upon arrival
