The villa is spread over two levels and features two bedrooms on the upper floor. Each bedroom
has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to a private balcony with sea views. A
shared modern bathroom with a shower serves this floor.
On the ground floor, guests will find a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, Smart
Satellite TV, and direct access to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential
appliances, and the dining area is suitable for family meals. A second shared bathroom with a
shower is also available on this level.
Himmel Villa 2
The upper floor features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and
direct access to a private balcony with sea views. A shared bathroom with a shower is also
located on this level.
On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable
sofa, Smart Satellite TV, and direct access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped modern
kitchen includes all essential appliances, and the dining area completes the interior space.
A second shared bathroom with a shower is available on this floor for added convenience.
The villa’s modern architecture, minimal décor, and floor to ceiling openings create a light
and airy atmosphere with beautiful sea views throughout.
The outdoor area of both villas features a private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, offering a relaxing space to enjoy the Cretan sun. Himmel Villas complex is located in the coastal village of Kalyviani, just a short distance from Falassarna Beach and a short drive from Balos Lagoon. Local tavernas, beaches, and attractions are easily accessible, offering both privacy and convenience.
*From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
