The ground floor welcomes guests with a bright living area featuring a comfortable sofa and a 55’ Smart TV, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. A second kitchen with a traditional wood oven and washer-dryer adds extra convenience. The bedroom on this level includes a queen-size bed, a sofa bed for an additional guest, and an ensuite bathroom. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available.

Upstairs, the villa offers two spacious bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and Smart TVs. One bedroom with a sofa bed opens onto a balcony with a relaxing sitting area, while the other features a private balcony with a dining space, perfect for enjoying meals or morning coffee.

A separate bedroom next to the pool includes a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, providing additional privacy and comfort.

Outdoors, the villa includes a private 40 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers, a shaded lounge, a barbecue corner with electric and charcoal grills, a mini fridge, and a dining area, perfect for enjoying a lovely evening!

The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days` advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We also request three days` advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
