Villa Agioi Villa 1

VillAgioi Villa 1 is a 75 sqm residence spread over two floors, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The ground floor welcomes you with an open-plan living area, blending minimal design with functionality. The living space is furnished with a cosy seating area, a Smart TV, and large sliding doors that provide direct access to the outdoor pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a sleek breakfast bar. 

On the ground level, you’ll also find the first bedroom, featuring a Coco-Mat queen-size bed. The room also offers a Smart 32” TV, air conditioning, an open wardrobe, and an en-suite split bathroom with a walk-in shower. Ascending to the upper floor, the second bedroom includes a Coco-Mat king-size bed that can also be configured into two singles upon prior request, a private balcony, a Smart 32” TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a split en-suite bathroom with a shower. An additional room on the same level features a pull-out sofa bed for a fifth guest, complete with Smart TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning, making it ideal for a teenager, child, or extra adult. This sofa bed is provided upon prior request at an additional cost.

Villa Agioi Villa 2

Spanning 75 sqm across two levels, VillAgioi Villa II can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area with modern minimalist décor, a cosy seating corner, Smart TV, and wide sliding doors that connect seamlessly to the private pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar for casual meals. 

Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom, equipped with a Coco-Mat queen-size bed. The room also includes a 32” Smart TV, air conditioning, an open wardrobe, and an en-suite split bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom also features twin beds with Coco-Mat Mattresses that can be converted into a king-size bed (upon request), a private balcony, a 32” Smart TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, and an en-suite split bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional room on the upper floor includes a pull-out sofa bed for a fifth guest, along with a Smart TV, and air conditioning. This space is ideal for a child, teenager, or extra adult, and is available upon prior request at an additional charge.

The villa’s outdoor areas have been carefully designed to offer a private haven for relaxation. Each space includes a 25 sqm private swimming pool, a poolside shower, and an elegant sunbathing area with loungers and an umbrella. A fully equipped outdoor kitchenette with an electric BBQ and a spacious dining table completes the setting, perfect for al fresco meals with your loved ones.

The complex offers three on-site parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street nearby, subject to availability.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2€ per night/villa from April to October and 0.5€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
